What moves the price
Two parcels the same size can be a day apart. This is what the difference comes down to.
- Stem densityScattered stems move fast. A solid wall of it does not.

What does it cost?
Most Geauga work runs $2,000 to $2,800 per acre, and the price tool narrows that to your parcel in about 30 seconds. There is no minimum acreage and no minimum dollar amount. If you have a quarter acre of honeysuckle behind the barn, we will price it.
What does the ground look like when you leave?
Open ground with a mulch layer over it, roughly ankle deep in heavy brush and thinner in light stuff. No burn pile and no stump dump. On ground that was fit to work, you can drive it the same day.
Do the stumps come out?
No. We grind at grade, so what is left is a flush stump under the mulch. That is a big part of why the price stays where it is. If you need stumps out for a building pad or a field you plan to till, say so and we price that separately.
Will the brush grow back?
Honeysuckle and autumn olive push back from the root. The mulch layer slows it down, and the first season after clearing is when you stay on top of it with a mower. Clear it once, keep it mowed, and it stays open.
What happens to the material, and do you haul anything off?
It stays on your ground as mulch. Nothing gets hauled off, which means no dump fees, no burn permit and no disposal line on the invoice. If you want the material kept off a specific area, tell us before we start.
How much room do you need to get in?
About twelve feet of clear width and a spot to unload off the road. If the only way in is a narrow lane, we can usually cut our own way in and that becomes part of the job. Run the address through the price tool and we will look at the access on the aerial.
